Day Trip to Negril with Rick's Café & Catamaran Snorkel Tour: Get ready for an unforgettable day on Jamaica’s stunning west coast! Our adventure begins with a comfortable bus ride from the JOIA Rose Hall Hotel to Negril Beach, where we’ll have the chance to relax and soak up the famous beach atmosphere, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or simply enjoy the tropical vibes. Next, we head to the legendary Rick’s Café, perched on the cliffs of Negril. Here, we can enjoy live music while taking in breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. For those feeling adventurous, there’s the opportunity to take a daring cliff jump into the refreshing waters below! Afterward, we board a comfortable catamaran, which will take us to the best snorkeling spots in the area. While we sail along the coastline, we can relax, enjoy the music, and sip on complimentary drinks. The crew will provide all the snorkeling gear, so we can explore the vibrant underwater world of Jamaica. A perfect day to unwind, enjoy some adventure, and experience the best of Negril’s stunning coastline!
Day 3
Golf: The Tryall Golf Club
The Tryall Golf Club in Jamaica is a stunning course that winds its way from the Caribbean Sea through lush rainforest up to the hills. Designed by Ralph Plummer and opened in 1958, the course offers a perfect blend of dramatic views and challenging holes.
Notably, Hole 4 is an exciting Par 4, with a strategic water hazard that flows right into a spectacular view of the sea. The course’s varied topography, from dense rainforest to open fairways, makes for an unforgettable golfing experience. Like White Witch and Cinnamon Hill, Tryall uses the natural landscape to its advantage, but the combination of sea views, rainforest, and the challenging layout makes it stand out.

On the fourth day of our journey, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a well-deserved break after your first exciting experiences in the Caribbean. After an exhilarating catamaran tour and your first round of golf at Tryall Resort, the day is yours to enjoy as you wish – whether on the golf course, indulging in the wellness facilities, or simply relaxing on the beach.

Golf: White Witch Golf Club
Experience the White Witch Golf Course on the historic Rose Hall Estate in Jamaica! On 200 hectares of green landscape and rolling hills, this 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Robert von Hagge and Rick Baril, offers everything a golfer's heart desires. With 6,758 yards and a par of 71, it is a true masterpiece. Enjoy the legendary charm of the "White Witch" Annie Palmer and the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Awarded as the "Best Golf Course in Jamaica", the course offers not only exciting challenges, but also unforgettable experiences!

After an exciting round at the legendary White Witch Golf Course, one of the island’s most stunning and challenging courses, your journey continues to the former home of Annee Palmer, Jamaica’s notorious “White Witch.” Dive into the dark history of this estate, steeped in love, murder, and mysterious tales. Our knowledgeable guides will take you on a tour filled with chilling stories that are sure to give you goosebumps. Hear about the ghost sightings and the eerie legends surrounding this historic great house. The beautifully restored 18th-century estate captivates with antique furnishings and an atmosphere that brings the past to life. End your visit at Annie’s Pub, a former dungeon, and enjoy the famous “Witches Brew” rum cocktail, said to banish lingering mystical energies. Excursion: Konoko Falls in Ocho Rios
Day Trip to Konoko Falls We begin our exciting excursion with a comfortable bus ride from the JOIA Rose Hall Hotel heading toward Ocho Rios, where the beautiful Konoko Falls await us. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, the falls provide a stunning backdrop where we can climb the various levels of the waterfall. For those who want to cool off, there are refreshing pools beneath the falls for swimming or natural water slides to enjoy. In addition to the adventure at the falls, we’ll have the opportunity to take a guided tour through the Botanical Gardens, where we can explore Jamaica's vibrant plant life and learn about the local flora and fauna. There’s also a small zoo with exotic birds and butterflies, adding to the charm of this tropical paradise. For history enthusiasts, there’s an intriguing historical exhibit that tells the story of the origins of Konoko Falls and its significance to the Ocho Rios region. The trip to Konoko Falls offers the perfect combination of natural beauty, adventure, and relaxation – an unforgettable experience for anyone wanting to fully enjoy Jamaica's breathtaking landscape.
Day 7
Golf: Half Moon Golf Course
The Half Moon is a course created by Robert Trend Jones Sr. and opened in 1961. His "apprentice", Robert Rulewich, adapted the course to modern times in 2004. You will be delighted not only by the layout, the location or the varied holes, but also by the Caribbean surroundings. Surrounded by palm trees and with the Jamaican rainforest in view, you play along colonial mansions and can often enjoy the view of the sea. There is a friendly competition between the "Cinnamon", "White Witch" and the "Half Moon" as to which of the three is the best course in the country.
Day 8
Excursion: Rum Distillery & Bob Marley
Full-Day Trip to the Rum Distillery & Nine Mile – Following the Footsteps of Bob Marley We begin our unforgettable day with a visit to an authentic rum distillery, where we’ll dive into the fascinating world of Jamaican rum. Here, we’ll learn all about the traditional sugar cane processing – from growing the sugar cane to distilling and aging the famous rum. The tour not only gives us insight into the craftsmanship behind rum production, but also sheds light on the history of slave labor, which played a significant role in the rum industry during the 17th and 18th centuries. After this educational experience, we head to Nine Mile, the birthplace and final resting place of the legendary Bob Marley. Nestled in the Hills of St. Ann, this remote mountain village offers a deep connection to the life and legacy of the world-renowned reggae icon. On a guided tour of Marley’s home and grave site, we’ll immerse ourselves in the story of his life, music, and the spiritual significance behind his work. We’ll visit the Marley Museum, where we can see a collection of personal items and memorabilia, learning more about his impact on music and global culture. This trip offers a wonderful blend of history, culture, and music, giving us the chance to explore not only the roots of Jamaican rum but also the profound legacy of Bob Marley, whose music and message of unity and love continue to inspire the world.
Day 9
Golf: Cinnamon Hill Golf Course
Cinnamon Hill is a challenging par 72 golf course with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. In 2017 the Cinnemon Hill hosts the PGA Latinamerica Tour. The 18 holes offer a mix of links style and inland golf, with 17 holes offering sea views. It first takes you to the sea and then winds through Jamaica's rainforest. The final holes have narrow fairways and strategically positioned bunkers that challenge even experienced players. Particularly worth seeing is the waterfall on hole 14, known from the James Bond film "Live and Let Die". The course is extremely varied and is accompanied by experienced caddies who enrich the playing experience.
Day 10
A Day of Pure Freedom
There is no excursion planned for today. However, you have the option to play another round of golf (for an additional fee), enjoy the exclusive wellness program at JOIA by Iberostar, or relax on the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel before your flight home tomorrow.
